Hi all -

I have the ATA card installed.
I have an Xclaim VR pro 128 mb video card in
(I also have the IMS TT 128)
 I have Sonnet's PCI X installer

I think all I need is the HD...

Any thoughts or tips before I continue?

According to Sonnet the Twin turbo (and Ultima Rez ) video card will not work with the G4 800 and OSX . I believe the ATI Xclaim 128 card will be fine. Sonnet recommends the Readon cards for use with OSX and their G4 700/800 cards.
IMHO there is no reason to pay $30.00 for the Sonnet OSX installer. XPFacto is more up to date and Sonnet totally copies it's files. Ryan does nearly all the work and they copy it.The main difference is a different control panel. Since you already have it no reason not to try it. I'm just telling people to save their money and spend on something more worth while.

SCSI works fine in 10.2 so you could use SCSI or IDE drives. There have been problems with SCSI drives in Panther 10.3.
