Sorry, forgot to explain that it is an email address from an incoming
message. In the Windows versions it's as simple as a right-click on the
address and choose "Add to address book".
It's the same on Mac...unless you have an original old-skool one button
Apple mouse or a trackpad, in which case Control-Click = Right-Click
