Edit / Preferences / Advanced / Proxies If you're using [or want to use] Privoxy you should have Manual proxy configuration checked 127.0.0.1 as the Proxy and 8118 as the port. & Privoxy has to be running or you won't be able to get to the Internet otherwise Direct connection to the Internet should be checked.
