Weird. Mine doesn't do that in my decade old, 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC. Try
a new SeaMonkey profile and see if it still happens?
Sorry did you mean your Web/Mail switch occurs in the same Window or do
you always get a popup to a new window?
