This is good advice.  And the reason is that you want the users to connect via the 
Hosts button (which connects via FMP's own protocol, and allows multiple users) 
instead of just navigating to the folder and opening it via file-sharing (which can 
cause problems and effectively limits it to one user).  You only want one connection 
method to be possible, or you'll end up crashing the database.
