Nope. Screw the record industry. This is "lobby the distributors".
Google, Apple, Amazon, these are the driving forces, they call the shots, not 
the record industry.

I think I wasn't clear on this. I regard "lobby the [anyone]" as a lost cause unless you're, say, Dolby. I mean that "lobby the distribs" is the same tactic as "lobby the record companies" was in the old days, and it's doomed to fail. We don't have the muscle.
