I get problems also when using xsvga-3.3.3.3 with an nVidia 128 zxv.

Maybe its NOT the hardware but the driver.
Any smart cookies out there?

There IS a problem with x*3.3.3-3. I installed it and couldnt get gimp and
 windowmaker to work.

Deinstalled it, reinstalled the xstuff on the record. Everything works 
perkect
 again.

IO use a s3 card.
