Ralph, I have a old Matrox Mystique with 4MB on it that is pretty
respectable, tied in with a 17" CyberVision (ds69) monitor.  I've
found that Matrox is respectable with the Linux community in
providing driver info, plus they continually update their bios
and drivers. Note: to update your BIOS you need a DOS partition.

All in all, I'm satisfied with the Matrox line, although I will
be upgrading in the future. Btw, I'm not associated with Matrox,
etc.
