You may want to read the configure file within the alsa directory, and
see what its setting the LIBDIR variable to, verify that path exists on
your system, if it doesn't then add the correct path so it knows where
to look. Other then that, I'm not sure what else to look at, I may have
to grab the alsa file to find out if you want to supply a location for
me. But in the above statement where you put usr/lib that should be
/usr/lib otherwise its thinking the current directory.
