could this possibly be "modem ppp" ?

I' ve added a "rplay anyshortsound" in my ip-up script, each time I go
online, it's audible. (ISDN is so silent... You can loos a fortune
otherwise...)
But if there's a script /etc/ppp/ip-up, it *will* be excuted.
I looked at your logfile and compared it with mine, the major
differences were the local numbers. Unless 0911 (Nuernberg, SuSE's Home)
is your local area code, things are well. There is the german country
code +49 logged as well, I guess you call from netherlands to your ISP.
As I belive, this affects only logging and is found in
/etc/isdn/isdn.conf
(there should be a demo file).
You get a connect, exchange IP Numbers and the hangup (E0010 code thing)
is normal local hangup. What do you use as "idle_time = I4L_IDLETIME" in
rc.config? a value of 60 should be appropiate.
If you get so far, authentification must be OK. I am as clueless with
your situation. I hope someone from the ISDN profs will be more helpful.
