If that's the graphics, we may be able to do something about it. Otherwise, you'll need to report the problem to the ACPI people. I'd sggest filing a bug report at bugzilla.kernel.org (in the ACPI cathegory), but only if it turns out that we can't make it work with the help of s2ram "magic".
