Ahh, the pm_trace hack. Well:
Boot into 2.6.21-rc6 minimal, init=/bin/bash
sync
mount /sys
echo 1 > /sys/power/pm_trace
echo mem > /sys/power/state
wait
press Shift key
LED games for short time, then all black
press Off-Button for 4 secs
reboot the very same kernel as above
I get:
PM: Resume from disk failed.
Magic number: 3:909:280
hash matches device tty17
Which is a bit strange. Any further ideas?
