Todd, I hope you are right. I think the key phrase is "conformity issues".
If you have found an inexpesive option to meet the issues you have raised...and I think there are others...please share them. I don't clainm to know all the answers...just some...and if you care to share yours it might help many others from finding themselves in YBD's current position. I would much rather be wrong and learn of alternatives that i am currently unaware of than proven right on this issue...no doubt about it. I have lived through a very similar experience and do not envy YBD as it was a very costly education for me. In the end the tuition was worth it but I hope my posts can help others learn without paying "full tuition" for the knowledge. I beleive that the $1,000,000 figure was originally attributed to the EPA in an early post that had an excerpt from the YBD web site or email attributed to YBD. This stated(if memory serves) that the EPA representative had estimated that it would cost $1,000,000 to duplicate the pollution data of the NBB for BD which met thier specs. I too believe that there remain alternatives to failure for YBD at this point but am unaware of the pursuit of these alternatives by them. This does not mean that they are unpursued, only that I see no evidence of it. Dana --- Appal Energy <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > YBD is not doomed to failure.
