there is no fat recycling. the haulers charge the businesses to pickup their waste, and they haul it to the landfill. We have been able to collect as much as we want for free. a couple of Chinese restaurants were fined (and closed) for dumping their fat down the drains. We've been able to educate them on using fat for fuel.
