Wow, there are so much combinaisons with those filters params !
What about creating a <filters> tag.
Those could be collections of filters mode like :
<place hasFilter="true" blend="overlay" id="">
<filters>
<dropdownshadow param="…">
<blur param="…">
</filters>
</place>
