Why isn't swinog involved here ? Will 'small' providers have those benefits too (I guess they will use shared blacklist and spamtraps as
we already have at swinog) or is this a closed working group ?

Not at all. Simply marketing-blabla, as usual. Those which are responsible for the 'news' likely cannot spell 'SPAM'.
