On the heels of the second set of deprecations, Xiphos now works again and
you can fetch r4444 or beyond from the repository to solve compatibility
with the new naming scheme. Updating Xiphos is more important than updating
BibleTime as the changes caused Xiphos' build to fail compiling and later
to produce blank module text, both of which r4444 and the latest SWORD fix.
BT's fixes only eliminate warnings.
