Often you wouldn't have any problem, especially for plain PHP script.
But few issues with things like netpbm, issue with case insensitive,
etc.

Yeah I know, Linux is very Unix, but they are not the same thing.
Saying that most hosts out there run Unix (when in fact they're Linux)
because Linux is close to Unix just isn't right ;)
