They'll can use a pre-29 browser, or just write it into their db directly. The 
alternative is supporting both account creation flows in 29, and that seems 
like a UX morass.

We're going to do what we can to make it easy to install the 1.5 server, 
including alongside the 1.1 server. That should take care of a lot of these 
cases.
