There was in fact a misunderstanding of the license terms on my end and I am right now sorting this out. Even if it now turns out that RoadRunner can be used in the closed-source environment, I am a bit reluctant to rely on a single library implementation. But I'll evaluate first if it is possible to go away without a beep lib (as suggested on this list), so this argument might vanish... Rainer
