I'll try to remember about the ssh bit.
On Mac X, I have used version 1.2 on newer systems (about two years ago).
It was fine with a lot of the newer clients. Unfortunately, that doesn't
give us ssh.
It does if it can host an xterm from a system with ssh.
Anybody know where I can get MacX? I've never heard of it before this conversation...
