<< TFN has a developed a pattern of doing that. I have often wondered how
people who have a minor European season with nothing outstanding getting
ranked in the world period! Like Eddie, I wonder how the Polish guy got
ranked #10 in the 400.>>

>Gee, do you think the fact that he was 5th in the Olympics (beating the
higher-ranked Pettigrew by two places) might have served as a bit of a
credential?

GH,
I would expect something better from you. Judging from that mode of thinking,
than why was Greg Haugton ranked behind the Brazilian in the rankings despite
beating him in the OG? Why was Drummond ranked so low despite being 5th?
Didn't thier finishes give them enough "credentials" to be ranked higher? So
basically what your telling me is that on one hand, one race is good enough.
On the other hand, one race is not good enough. Make up your mind.

on a personal note if your asking me( not that my opinion matters) if I think
that the Mackowiak beating antonio in the OG and running 45.14 as opposed to
Pettigrews 45.42 is "credentials" enough to garner a world #10 ranking than I
say NO.
