training=tutoring isn't very clear to me, could mean everything, I'd use a more specific word. What about amenity=language_school? There is a (possible incomplete) list of educational features here: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Education_features and there is also a proposal amenity=education (if I recall right). cheers, Martin
