It is a bug because that tag is not approved. An editor should allow *manual* input of non-standard tags, but any hardcoded inclusion in select lists or whatever is an evil propagation by which editor developers bypass the proper proposal process, bullying the community, disrespecting their democratic rights. -- Friedrich K.
