The defacto-languages-tag would likely need some threshold to make sense, or any 2 strangers living temporary in an area would add another language to it and we'd end up with most of all existing languages spoken "de facto" anywhere on the planet. Adding just the majority languages doesn't seem right (respect for minorities) either, but we will have to decide what "significant" means in your sentence. Cheers, Martin
