my proposal = to make things simplier ; if there would be a key = street_furniture , all those 'things' mentioned (benches / fire hydrants / plant_containers / street_poles / streetlamps / bollards / traffic_signs / traffic_lights / etc. etc.) could then arranged in 1 key . And if 'necessary', one could add more 'details' (for i.e. emergency / amenity / support / etc.)
