Adding postal code and commune name doesn't make sense to me in most cases. At least not for how it works in Belgium. That information belongs on the administrative relations. Adding it would be duplication of information we already have, or should have. And they ussualy end up conflicting after some time. The only case this makes sense to me are in cases where it's unclear. For instance when an administrative relation runs through a building the official address will be on one side of it and you need to add extra data to make clear where it is.
