I would definitely be interested in such a meetup. I can bring a projector and I can easily give a presentation about the ins and outs of JOSM. I think I can even manage to do that in Dutch and French, translating myself. Of course, once you do that, you'll find there are 2 people in the room who only understand English :-)
I know something about Overpass, umap and maperitive as well, but it's only for JOSM I feel confident enough to address a 'public'. Of course, I would definitely like to say more about the new pt_assistant plugin. We should all try it out. It's not only meant for people who feel compelled to map Public Transport. It also helps a lot to solve problems caused by 'normal' editing before the data gets uploaded.
