Itálie nevynechava 0 v mezinardnim formatu tak jako to delaji mnohe zeme
("0" v predvolbe muze byt nahrazena "mistnimi predvolbami" u narodnich
hovoru, ale jenom pro cisla ktere maji tuto vlastnost povolenu: ne
vsechna cisla maji mistni predvolbu a nektere rozsahy "kratkych" cisel
jez nezacinaji nulou mohou byt stale pouzity ze zahranici; takze
predvolba "0" musi byt stale pouzita kdyz se pouziva ze zahranici).
Takze Milanske cislo 02.724261 v OSM uvedeme jako:
phone*=+39 02 724261
Nekolik dalsich zemi dela to same a vyzaduje vytoceni narodni predvolby
kdyz se vola ze zahranici.
V podstate jde o to ze drive u nas taky existovali naradni prevolby a
Brno melo 05. Takze z Prahy jsi volal Brno: 05 123456, ale ze zahranici
+420 5 123456.
Kdyby to same bylo podle tech italskych pravidel, tak bys musel volat:
+420 05 123456.
Osobne bych se vykaslal na preklad, protoze ten original je hodne
kostrbaty (mazec ty zavorky a stredniky) a pouzil to prevypraveni co
jsem ted pouzil v predchozim odstavci.
