So, you're also proposing that the additional name(s) be placed in
"name_1", etc.

No, we do the same as in Salt Lake City.  But it isn't about what is
said.  The wiki says it's about what is on the signs.  And the "St"
abbreviation is on the signs.  The name in large print is the name of
the street or number if it has no other name.  Then, in small print, the
number of the street is given.  (Yes, if it is only a numbered street,
the number is given twice on the sign.)  I forget which one carries the
"St" abbreviation.
