I'm doing this in the Chicago region now. I have stumbled onto one really odd changeset, though, and could use some assistance; it appears the original creator has deleted their OSM account: http://osm.mapki.com/history/way.php?id=3869570 http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/143258 Am I reading the history correctly?
