I would also prefer a forum to a listserv.
My mail box is full enough. Thanks, Jared

Behalf Of Thom C. Blackwell Greetings, Wanted to pose a question to the group – we are
evaluating putting up a forum in the customer area of our website as potential
alternative to the Talk Listserv – the archives would be updated into the
forum for – most likely using a scriptJ But before we do anything - we’d like to know what you
all think. The advantages of a forum are that it’s much easier to
search, to scan through and follow threads and you don’t get the
“out of office replies” when you post on a holiday. The biggest disadvantage in my mind is that it is not as
“immediate” to post, you have to login to a website to do it. So what are your thoughts? Regards, Thom Thom C. Blackwell Product Manager 866 653-5105 - ex 807 |
