Hi Rick: When I press control-alt-w, Window-eyes restarts and then I can read that edialog. Sometimes, Window-eyes does not start right away, but within 2 or three seconds, I hear the asending tone and Windo-eyes starts again. Then Ican alt-tab back to the dialog window and I can usually read it. Kevin Huber
