I think this just goes to show that email is not an efficient way to communicate about complex matters such as these. Again, I would recommend picking up the phone and calling support. It also might be helpful if you could try to tone down the negativity. I don't think it motivating anyone to go out of their way to help you trouble shoot the problems you are encountering.
