Thanks for this info, its been very useful.

Some edits, that were made during the period when the incremental feeds were
down, have not been resynchronized correctly.

The problem is due to a difference in the timestamp format between the
planet dump and the incremental feeds.

I'll fix the resync script and re-run it.
