This was a call not to mass register, but a call to OSM contributors, who are members of PocketGIS community, to go and vote. Only OSM contributors, not all PocketGis members. Many of them do discuss OSM issues only on your forum, not in OSM, so they are not registered in OSM forum or wiki. We do encourage our members to directly contribute to OSM (for the moment we have 69 reply from our members who contribute to OSM - http://www.pocketgis.biz/forum/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=4278), we have a bugtracker for those, who do not want (or can't) edit OSM ( http://www.pocketgis.biz/mantis/main_page.php). So there were no mass-register or any kind of voting falsification - those who voted had the right to vote. K.
