For the category "Villages" there seems to be also a matching problem. For example https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1639627 is a municipality according to Wikidata but the match is place=village: http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/897680195 and not the administrative relation for the municipality: http://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/437755
