There are a couple individual complaints and license issues (people
taking names from a collection of military maps published in Russia in
2008, or from Wikipedia which is CC-BY-SA licensed). Quite a few users

Thank you. Reading the text of this block and the user's most recent
e.g. ten changesets does indeed strongly give the impression of a
mechanical edit. I would agree to revert those edits.
This is in particular different from the previously discussed changeset
in Wales. That one shows reasonable effort to get support from locally
active mappers.
