In the instances of similar cases I have checked, it was mostly improbable
that the features would have a name in Corean or Chinese, because it was
stuff like restaurants, hotels and even a bus_stop in Italy. Still for some
features I bet there is also a Corean name (e.g. the Colosseum).
Additionally there might already be a Chinese or Corean name at the
feature, and if they differ from the new one, you'd really have to know the
language to do it right.

In some cases I have not been able to even deduct what they wanted to tag,
e.g. for tourism=attraction (a tag maps.me should not set at all in their
simple editor IMHO), or things without tags other than name and maybe
addressing and website, phone numbers etc.

I would add fixme tags and decide on an individual basis how to deal with
it. Still, despite all lamentation, I admit that the amount of surveyed
addressing information we are getting this way is great (precision to be
confirmed).

Cheers,
Martin
