While on a call, the person's voice is quiet, how can I increase the volume or how do I find soft key 5 on the touch screen to put on to microphone?
With regard to attempting to increase the volume of the incoming speaker, I have tried volume up and when that did not work I tried up arrow. No difference. I just could not put on to loudspeaker.
