the hands free phone option or microphone is about where soft key 2
would be. You have to tap in that area. Sometimes I can hit it pretty
good and others I have more trouble.

With regard to attempting to increase the volume of the incoming
speaker, I have tried volume up and when that did not work I tried
up arrow. No difference. I just could not put on to loudspeaker.
