to Denise, Eleanor and all, if you want talks talk to you while in a call and to know where is the location of the key3, key4 and key5 during an active call, you can try to do the following:
1. try to use a headset (bluetooth or wired will be fine) prior making a call. this is to ensure you can hear talks talking and not trigger the sensor if the phone near to your face. 2. press talks+backspace key to unmute talks during a call. if you in the situation that cannot get any headset but need to navigate the screen, try to do the 2nd step 1st but with the phone a short distant from your face. and keep the phone a short distant from your face to have the screen active for your to navigate the buttons. for E6, the key3, key4 and key5 is located on the right part of the screen, above key2. What is interesting is that for a split second the screen light is on but it is not quick enough for me to see the key. However, I have noticed that sighted people can even read these phone screens even without the back light. I will give that a go in any case because now that you say that I can memorise where soft key 5 is say on the right of a text message.
