Untuk masalah reverse map address sepertinya sudah solved setelah saya akalin mapping addressnya di /etc/hosts: 127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost 10.0.0.57 remote it-support.webserver.com 10.0.0.10 remote2 client.somewhere.com Sekarang error log "Could not reverse map address 10.0.0.57" udah gak keluar lagi.
