Hi, everyone

It strikes me that the integration between the tarpit software (tarproxy)
and the spam filters should be done using Web Services
(http://java.sun.com/webservices/).

In this way filters can be maintained in one or a few central locations, and
the issue of all sysadmins doing periodic updates of filters etc will
disappear. Also a multitude of filters can be accessed, depending on need.
This will satisfy a few of Marty's initial system design goals (pluggable,
more pluggable, even more pluggable)

What do you think?

Teo
