It's already in a rawhide (and will be part of F9), but I don't know if
it will be updated in F8 (if it's important you could ask its maintainer
about that).

It's better, but now problem with unpackaged file is reported:

It seems hat you manually copy a .desktop file (to
/usr/share/application direcotry), which is already copied there (with
vendor prefix) by desktop-file-install (preferred way in Fedora). A
quick fix is to manually (by rm) remove taskcoach.desktop after setup.py
and before the end of %install section.
Besides regarding to the new license for 0.70.0 [1], "License" tag in
spec file should be GPLv3+ (not just GPLv3).
[1] (from changelog) - "... under the GNU General Public License version
3 or (at your option) any later version"
