In my last post I forget to write a question "Is it a side effect of a 
new layout mechanism?".
You confirmed it and I agree with you that more important is to save a 
position of the elements.

It's a little bit strange. In that case window manager should send a 
"minimize" event to all applications and everyone should minimize. I 
don't have that behavior. Could it be debug in some simple way?
