Sorry, as you have found out, the command line tool does not yet export the
run summary table, but those runs should appear in next run of Taverna
Workbench
(as long as you are running the executeworkflow bundled with the workbench
instead of the commandline product)
You can export provenance traces as Janus and OPM rdf, but they don't
contain the tabular summary, (although that should be possible to derive
from the exported data.)
We are improving the Provenance capture and export for Taverna 3. If there
are particular pieces of information you feel are important to include in
such a report, please let us know and we will have look.
Out of interest, the reports you want for the cron-workflows, are the for
human or computer consumption? We could consider an HTML or CSV
representation approaching what is now in Run perspective.
