Hi Stian!

the report tab of the Taverna Workbench is very usefull graphic tool to see the
provenance info (intermediate values, global output values, response time, etc)
although I cannot see those values after running the workflows using the
command line tool. If you can improve Taverna to see the results of the
commandline, I would be very gratefull!!

My first interest is human consumption, although it could be interesting to
have in the future input for computer consumption

Sorry, as you have found out, the command line tool does not yet export the
run summary table, but those runs should appear in next run of Taverna
Workbench

(as long as you are running the executeworkflow bundled with the workbench
instead of the commandline product)

You can export provenance traces as Janus and OPM rdf, but they don't contain
the tabular summary, (although that should be possible to derive from the
exported data.)

We are improving the Provenance capture and export for Taverna 3. If there
are particular pieces of information you feel are important to include in such
a report, please let us know and we will have look.

Out of interest, the reports you want for the cron-workflows, are the for
human or computer consumption? We could consider an HTML or CSV representation
approaching what is now in Run perspective.

tell me where can I find it?

    I would be very thankfull!
