Hello,
I am using Taverna Version 2.4.0 in command line mode:
<pathtotaverna>/taverna-workbench-2.4.0/executeworkflow.sh -embedded
-inputvalue fileurl <somefile> -outputdir <pathtooutputdir>
<pathtoworkflow>/test.t2flow
The workflow contains a beanshell that is using an external jar.
In GUI mode I simply drop the library in taverna-home/lib, but in command line
mode on a server the jar is not found.
I tried to define LIB_PATH in the executeworkflow.sh, but this does not work
either.
How can I indicate the directory where Taverna should look for jars?
