No, it isn't. It's configurable by a Java property and the normal shell script makes those inaccessible from its command line (the arguments end up in the wrong place where they don't get interpreted as system property settings, and you can't correct it from inside Taverna as the configuration setting is locked read-only at that point). The server takes special steps to deal with this. Donal.
